Each day you will dive into a physical practice incorporating a fusion of yoga, barre and pilates. Increasing the mental layer of your body, a guided meditation will be offered daily. At evening’s close, tap into your inner wisdom as you move through Yoga Nidra or Yin Yoga.

Laurie-Anne had the honour of allowing the divine to unfold many years ago, when yoga found her. The healing properties of the practice, both on and off the mat, are powerful.  Laurie-Anne provides a safe space to deepen into the journey of the self. To be deeply connected to conscious breath. She offers her student an opportunity to go deeper into their practice, expanding the intimate inner knowledge of body and heart.

Inspired by the creative movement during her dance years, Raeanne continued on a journey of education and self-growth as she travelled throughout North America and Europe over a period of 12 years. As a wife and mother to 3, she quickly realized the importance of self care in order to feel truly fulfilled and able to look after those around her. Combining these experiences with her knowledge as a pilates, barre and spin instructor allowed her to dream up what is now The Sweat Lab YYC and YVR. Raeanne works to leave her clients feeling mentally, physically and emotionally empowered through the use of mind, body and breath work in every class she teaches.
